Terms of Service
Effective October 19, 2026. These terms govern your use of Faketown News, operated by Kris Naz, LLC. By using this site, you agree to them.
What Faketown News is
Faketown News is a work of satire and entertainment. Every article, headline, photograph, quote, and person described on this site is fictional unless explicitly stated otherwise. Nothing on this site is factual news reporting, and nothing here should be relied on as true, regardless of how it's presented.
No real-world claims
Any resemblance between content on this site and real people, businesses, or events is either coincidental or intentional parody, and is not a factual statement about any real person or entity. If you believe a specific piece of content causes you genuine harm, contact us through the contact page and we'll review it.
Subscriptions
Faketown News plans to offer a paid weekly PDF newspaper subscription. These terms will be updated with pricing, billing, and cancellation details before that feature goes live and payments are accepted.
Reader submissions
If Faketown News opens submissions for news tips or Letters to the Editor, submitting content does not guarantee publication. We may edit, decline, or hold any submission at our discretion. Submitting content grants us a nonexclusive license to edit and publish it; you retain ownership of what you write.
